Fifteen communities along the Connecticut shoreline and inland, and one yard near the harbor in Norwalk. Here is exactly where we deliver, and how quickly.

Our yard sits on 9 Van Zant St, near Norwalk Harbor and minutes from I-95, downtown Norwalk and South Norwalk's historic SoNo district. That location decides the shape of our day: Norwalk itself and the coastal shoreline towns strung along I-95 and the Sound — Westport, Darien, Stamford, Greenwich and Fairfield — are close enough that a morning call often becomes a same-day delivery, while the inland towns reached via Route 7, the Merritt Parkway and Route 25 — Wilton, New Canaan, Weston, Ridgefield, Redding, Bethel, Trumbull, Easton and Monroe — are scheduled next-day routes rather than same-day work. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.
Connecticut abolished functioning county government back in 1960, so unlike a lot of the country, "Fairfield County" — the real geographic name every one of these fifteen towns technically sits in — is not a meaningful way to group them; it carries no local government, no county seat and no distinguishing weight. The split that actually matters here is coastal versus inland: 6 of the 15 towns (Norwalk included) sit directly on or near the Long Island Sound shoreline along the I-95 corridor, and the other 9 sit inland, north of the Merritt Parkway, along the Route 7 and Route 25 corridors. Norwalk itself is a genuine mix — the working waterfront and historic SoNo district near the harbor, alongside quieter, more suburban stretches farther from the water. Each town page below covers the access, the housing stock and the local rules we actually run into.
The service area
Fairfield County has had no functioning county government since Connecticut abolished it in 1960, so the meaningful split here is not county lines — it is coastal shoreline along I-95 versus inland towns north of the Merritt Parkway.
The core city itself, including the historic SoNo district near the harbor. Usually same-day, especially near the yard.
Five more Long Island Sound shoreline towns strung along I-95 on either side of Norwalk. Westport and Darien are close enough for frequent same-day service; Stamford, Greenwich and Fairfield, farther along the coast, are usually next-day.
The closest inland towns, reached via Route 7 and the Merritt Parkway north of Norwalk. A regular next-day route from the yard, sometimes same-day for calls early in the day.
Farther up the Route 7 corridor toward Danbury. All three are usually next-day rather than same-day.
The easternmost towns we cover, reached via Route 25 and the Merritt Parkway. These are the farthest edges of our coverage and are scheduled next-day.

All 15 communities along the coast and inland from our Norwalk yard: Norwalk itself, plus the shoreline towns of Westport, Darien, Stamford, Greenwich and Fairfield along I-95, and the inland towns of Wilton, New Canaan, Weston, Ridgefield, Redding, Bethel, Trumbull, Easton and Monroe reached via Route 7 and the Merritt Parkway corridors. Our yard is on Van Zant Street near the harbor, so Norwalk, Westport and Darien are the quickest, and the farther inland towns are usually next-day rather than same-day.
Distance is a real cost, so a Ridgefield or Redding delivery is not priced the same as a Norwalk one. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.
Right after a fall or winter nor'easter knocks down limbs, or a coastal storm pushes tidal flooding up the Norwalk River, and during the busiest stretch of the spring-through-fall building season, book as early as you can. Outside those windows you can usually get a container within a day or two. New-construction sites out in Wilton and Ridgefield book out fastest, so plan ahead if you are working on one.
Yes, and it happens constantly with rental properties, relocations and job sites where the owner is not on site. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes and low limbs, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.
Call and ask. Our published service area covers the 15 communities listed on this page, from the coastal shoreline through the towns north of the Merritt Parkway. If you are just outside that footprint we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you or whether you are better served by someone closer.
